We encourage you to provide your real name, contact information and details of the alleged corruption, fraud and illegal behavior for our investigations. We promise that any anonymous reported with valid evidences will be investigated.
We will discreetly handle all reports of concerns and make every effort to maintain the confidentiality within the limits allowable by the applicable laws and regulations. In addition, any form of retaliation and punishment against whistleblower, witness or assistant in investigation is strictly prohibited.
The whistleblower is responsible for the authenticity of reports, and Futu reserves the right to take legal or disciplinary actions against anyone who provides fabricated evidence, false accusations, or makes any offensive or defamatory statements maliciously about any employee of Futu.
